NOTARY

A notary public is a state appointed official who prevents fraud by verifying the willingness, identity and mental competence of individuals signing important documents.

Notaries should deter fraud by ensuring the signer is who they claim to be and the signature is not forged.

A notary verifies the identity of a signer through valid state issued ID and confirm they are signing freely, without intimidation or duress.

Notaries are impartial witnesses and act as a neutral third party.

Notaries ensure a document is legally executed and provide confidence to companies that depend on these signed documents.

We offer mobile notary services and specialize in Real Estate: Closing documents, mortgages, deeds, powers of attorney, wills, estate planning, affidavits and trust, contracts, articles of incorporation and agreements.

Our mobile notary services include: Last Will and Testaments, Revocable Living Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Real Estate Transfer to include Timeshares.

FINGERPRINTS

We offer the traditional method of capturing fingerprints by using the ink and roll method. Our mobile technicians travel to your home or office for your convenience providing quick, efficient and professional services.

Here are some common and legal advantages for using ink and roll print cards:

Ink cards (FBI FD-258 card) are often required for licensing, immigration, or employment when the applicant is not in the state where the background check is being processed.

Required for specific purposes like non-US citizen FBI checks, IRS EFIN numbers and security clearances.

Experienced technicians provide high quality, rolled impressions that meet strict, official standards.

Rolling the finger from nail edge to edge captures the whole ridge finger pattern to include side details that live scans can miss.

Lower cost to companies due to inexpensive cost of print cards.

Physical cards can support evidence handling procedures in criminal investigations.

Ink and roll remains a reliable standard, with professionals offering services that ensure high quality, accepted results.

Ink and roll is the traditional fingerprint card method. Live Scan is electronic, which often has a higher cost.

APOSTILLE

An Apostille is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961.

It certifies the authenticity of the signature on the document; the capacity in which the person signing the document acted; and the identity of any stamp or seal attached to the document.

An Apostille does not validate the contents of the document itself.

There was a need for a simplified method of authenticating documents for use internationally, commonly known as the Hague Apostille Convention, on October 5, 1961.

Before the Convention, a document had to go through a lengthy, often expensive process called legalization before being recognized as valid in another country.

The Apostille system was introduced to streamline the process, making it faster, simpler and more cost effective.

For example, if you have a document from the United States that you need to use in Spain, both countries being signatories to the convention you would only need to obtain an Apostille authority in the U.S. for the document to be recognized in Spain.
